The visual artist Aikaterini Sarisavva was born in 1993 in Thessaloniki and resides in Nea Magnisia, Thessaloniki.
She studied at the School of Fine Arts of the University of Ioannina, majoring in painting (2011-2016), and holds a Master’s degree from the Department of Architectural Engineering in Architecture from the University of Thessaly (2017-2019). In 2015, she attended classes at the Accademia di Brera in Milan as part of the Erasmus program.
She has held solo exhibitions (Myro Gallery, Thessaloniki 2018) and participated in group exhibitions in Greece (Benaki Museum 2018, Teloglion Foundation of Arts AUTh 2022, 2024, Labattoir, Thessaloniki 2019, Action Field Kodra, Thessaloniki 2018, Govedarou Art Gallery in Thessaloniki 2022, 2023), in voluntary events for KETHEA ITHAKI, as well as abroad (Chiesa di San Carpoforo, Milan 2015).
In 2017, she collaborated with the Benaki Museum to create products inspired by the museum’s collection.
Since 2017, she has been working as a substitute teacher in primary education. Additionally, she illustrates children’s books and has volunteered her services by painting the classrooms of the primary school of Karyotissa, Pella.
